All sales are final.
If you are ever dissatisfied with the services we provide, we
will try our very best to put the matter right. However, due to
the nature of the products that are offered for sale on this web site,
we have a strict "no refund" policy.
If you are unable to get internet access to the online profiling
program, or internet disruptions prevent you from completing
your profile, you will have access to the profiling program until
you can complete the process.

No assurance of being hired for any particular job is implied or warranted.
Any express or implied warranties are disclaimed. In no event shall
MRA Enterprises, Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, exemplary or consequential damages.

After completing the Assessment, you'll have the opportunity to purchase a basic
MRA report applicable to all jobs, or the MRA Sales report specifically for sales jobs. Record
your username and password so that you can purchase a report or see your results again later.

Need to Receive Your Profile Again or Purchase a Full Report?
Enter the user name and password you used when you signed-up and click 'Submit'.
You'll be able to view your report again, complete an unfinished profile, or
purchase a basic or sales report if you haven't done so.

Send us your name and the date when you were profiled. We'll send the user name
and password to the email address you used when you purchased the profile.
