Did You Know?
70% of hiring managers say they plan to recruit recent college graduates in 2006,
up from 62% in 2005, according to CareerBuilder.com
Professional and related occupations are projected to grow faster and add more
jobs than any other major occupational group, with 6 million new jobs by 2014.
Three-fourths of the job growth in professional and related occupations is
expected among computer and mathematical occupations; healthcare practitioners
and technical occupations; and education, training, and library occupations.
With 5.5 million job openings due to replacement needs, professional and
related occupations are the only major group projected to generate more openings
from job growth than from replacement needs.
Service occupations are projected to have the largest number of total job openings,
13.2 million, reflecting high replacement needs. A large number of replacements will
be necessary as young workers leave food preparation and service occupations.
Replacement needs generally are greatest in the largest occupations and in those
with relatively low pay or limited training requirements.

"Thank you for the opportunity to vote my approval for your Job Fit Profile
program. As you know, Varsity Corporation has been using the MRA profiles for
selection and management purposes for over a decade. Now that candidates can
review what we see and come to the interview prepared, it should save us a great
deal of time. Now that you has added program to allow us to search for candidates
it is even better.
Marci Neumeister
National Sales Vice President
Varsity Corporation

"I have been a company manager and owner in the land development industry
for several decades. We found the MRA profiling tools fifteen years ago and now
will not make a staffing decision without them. Your idea to allow candidates to
obtain their own profile is excellent, and we probably will use your site to search
for future employees."

"[Our Company], having been an MRA user for three decades, has found the online
profile to be extremely valuable, especially in allowing us to profile candidates
prior to their coming for the first interview. Having the leadership profile and
the measure of practical judgment gives us a foundation to base the interview upon.
While it does not provide the entire picture, it helps to validate, or invalidate,
the interviewee and his/her behaviors as we meet."
Dan Ryan, HR
Smith Seckman Reid Inc.
Tennessee
"Since we brought
MRA personality profiling on board, it has helped our managers go from "a
group of individuals" to a team that understands each other's strengths and
restraints.
We have now begun using MRA for our current staff and have found it to be useful
in the review and advancement process. As a company, we do most of our promotions
internally and MRA is helping ensure we do not make costly mistakes in promoting
the wrong people to management ... Thank-you MRA."
